A little information regarding our web site design stages and process.

• Arrange a convenient time to meet up and discuss your organisation. We take time in understanding your organisation and the key goals for your web site.
• We would present you with up to three different layout designs, which you can review and then choose your preferred design.
• When you have put together your written content for each page, then our copywriter will review/edit your content. (If you require assistance with writing the content, please let me know as our copywriter can help).
• We will discuss your pictures and put together a digital media gallery/ lightboxes.
• Then we will start to lay out your pages, content and images / pictures.
• When we have completed the layouts, please review and ensure all details are to your satisfaction.
• When all tasks have been completed and layout has been approved, we will upload your site and test site in all browsers, i.e. IE8, Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera. We can then add the right meta tags: keywords and titles.
• Final meeting with yourselves to make sure the site meets your expectations, and adjustments made if required.
• Site submission and major directory listing completed.
• Invoice sent for final payment. Job Done.
